Been a customer for many years Wouldn’t keep using them if the didn’t give me 5 star service

car failed inspection because front bumper was damaged. The replacement was $600; 50% was to install the piece and 50% to match paint. Its a 16 year old car and they suggested I could save $$ and skip the painting, which I did. The job was done on time and well done.

Don't recall specifics. They're a great body shop.

Excellent. They were attentive, easy to work with, and they left the car in great shape. They cleaned and detailed it before I took it home - inside and out. They apparently even filled up the tires and deactivated my tire pressure light. Very impressed. (I can't comment on cost, as this was paid 100 percent by insurance.)

I like what they did. They were responsive and very professional. I don't think they were very timely. They took care of the mess. Someone left a box of roman noodles and a hat in the back. I did have to wait for the appraisers to come out. I would probably use them again.

While the car was there, I had them complete a couple of minor repairs that I had abandonned any thought of doing after a Toyota shop estimated $1,700. DeWire estimated $400 and that is what they charged - and yes, it looks perfect! In fact, all of the work looks just great.

I finally called to find the cost and authorize the repairs hours later. They were vague about when the car would be done--a problem for me since I had to arrange transportation to the shop to pick it up. The person who could give me the answer was said to be out to lunch for 2+ hours. When I picked it up they had failed to do one small repair they had promised, but I didn't have time to wait for them to complete it. Quality of work was good to fair.

Brought the car in for a quote, although my insurance would pay for most of the repair - the deductible. I was able to bring the car in to be fixed the following week, and it was done in a week and I did not have to do anything else (i.e. deal with my insurance agent). Picked up the car and it looked great. The guys went the extra mile by installing body side molding a few weeks later at no cost. The quality is excellent, and I would highly recommend.

Hired recently for body work covered by insurance so did not compare prices for recent work. All staff were professional, responsive and very pleasant to work with. Work was done within time estimated. Quality of works seems fine. Car looks new. We have used Dewire Bros in the past for work not covered by insurance and they have made every effort to be sure costs are low, providing options that were almost as good for much less $. They are creative and understand that a car owner may not want to pay $500 to repair minor cosmetic bumper damage and look for alternative options that fit a budget. I would go back to Dewire Bros for any autobody work.

Provided an estimate quickly, then finished the work at the estimated charge. Were pleasant and professional to deal with, though not cheap.

The repair was done well and work was completed on time. Dewire's did a great job on service...providing phone updates when the car would be ready, etc. They were also helpful in researching whether or not I could use a less expensive after market bumper cover. In terms of price they were identical to another shop. All these shops seem to use the same pricing software which guarantees almost identical pricing.

They work well with insurance companies and they're always pleasant. I've never had a bit of trouble with them.
