Audio Answer was founded by Mark Savickas after turning a hobby that he enjoyed doing into a job which then became a business. Audio Answer has been serving Newton and surrounding communities since 1994 with a concierge level of service to their clients. Audio Answer provides Sales and Installation of high quality lines of Car Audio and Electronics along with Home Theater and in home Entertainment systems. Mark replaced an amplifier in my Mini Cooper and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. He was extremely knowledgeable and did excellent work. He even went out of his way to point out an issue with the car that was unrelated to the sound system, which I really appreciated. I have already recommended him to friends and family, and will use his company again without hesitation should the need arise.

Mark was a pleasure to deal with.  From my initial contact through to the eventual installation, he was prompt and thorough in his responses to my various questions.  The installation was done at his workshop in Newton on a Saturday morning and only took a little over a hour.  He was a comfortable waiting room with wifi.  The new systems works great; Mark even fixed a few things with the car that had nothing to do with the installation he was working on.  I would highly recommend Mark and would not hesitate to use him again.  The quality of the workmanship was very high.

Mark asked a number of questions over the phone to diagnose the problem with my remote starter which helped him understand the problem as well as I believe resolve the problem most efficiently.
He was punctual in getting back to my calls regarding scheduling and on the day of service.
His fee for the service performed seemed very reasonable. 
This is now my go to service provider for remote starters and after market auto accessories.
