They're horrible. Sears has a very horrible customer service repair system. We took two months for processing. They're finally having to replace our refrigerator which was brand new because they can't seem to get the parts together to repair it. There's no cost. In the end, we're getting the best result but just to get here was a nightmare. The prices were good.

I don't know the name of the doctor. I think she is an Asian woman and her name may by Dr. Nguyn. I followed her from another location which got me started going to Sears. I am loving my glasses. In fact, last night people were complimenting me on my glasses. They are helping train me to use my new glasses. They are great. My doctor recommended them. No more bifocals for me and they are very stylish. Apart from one bad occurrence -- I think I talked to the doctor's office manager and that person is not there any more -- it has been really good. The rest of them go above and beyond. I get my contacts there now.

I have not heard back from them and I really am a little p*ssed off. They sent a person out, she took all of the specifications, supposedly, of what I wanted. We were very clear and we went over exactly which direction the door would open, you know, kind of important. The came and the installers did a great job. They took out the rotten wood that was there, that part I can't complain about. But they put the door on backwards. And then, they will not respond. I have called their manager and I have called    everyone on that group, over and over again. They are not getting back to me and they are not fixing it. And, they didn't put a latch on the screen part of the door so it won't close. I am going to have to pay somebody else to come put the latch on. I can't see having to pay somebody additionally after I paid them $6,000 to put a fre*king door on my house and they put it on backwards. I am so done with them and am very frustrated. I mean they did the job; at least they didn't leave with no door. The price was a lot of cash. Since then I have heard online places that have much lower prices. And, I wouldn't have minded because Sears is a big name. But that is what it turned out to be, just a name. I got suckered in. The quality of the door is great, the work, not so much. They showed up right on time. The installers were very professional. They went by what they were given by the folks that sent them out. The woman actually said to me she put it wrong on the form. I have two more door in the house that need to be done, but I am not going to play. I need professionals.

I wasn't happy that I was charged for the delivery.  They charged me $79 for the delivery.  This was the first time that I had to pay for the Sears product.  They set up the whole stove and took the old one.  I would use them again.  The price is in the ballpark with everybody else's price.  They did come right out when I wasn't happy that the stove wasn't next to the wall because of my outlet.  They were very professional.

They gave us an extended warranty and both the unit and the warranty have worked very well. We recently used the extended warranty and they were still able to address the warranty and replace over $1000 worth of parts in the washing machine even after several years of use. I was fairly impressed by that and thought that it was pretty good. Their responsiveness and the quality were excellent.
