The owner was on premise and managed a large crew of many men. The job was done in one day and done well. Prior to the work, the communication between us and the owner was easy. We exchanged options and finalized the work after the roof was inspected. In doing so, we learned that we had some rotted wood which needed to be replaced at the fascia and that was calculated into the pricing. We appreciated learning about this because other companies who had inspected our roof during their estimate, did not disclose this information. In addition to the roof, we also had a ridge vent installed and our heating cables reattached to the east and west edges of our roof line. The job was done professionally and with a strong work ethic. We feel we have chosen the best company to address our needs and are pleased with the outcome. Our only (slight) issue was the clean up. It is difficult to find nails and other debris as the sun is getting low. The crew did attempt to clean thoroughly, but the daylight was fading and made that a difficult process. Overall, the crew worked hard to clean up after the job was finished. They provided a dumpster for all of the debris to be removed which was promptly set up and removed in the same day. Very nice company to do business with.
