We needed to replace all of the kitchen appliances in our home as the they were over 20 year's old. We were keeping our cabinets which made the installation of new appliances tricky.
Once we selected what we wanted, we started to locate local dealers. In each case, the dealers were ready to sell us the new appliances but they did not do the installation (or removal of the old ones). Each dealer provided us with installers who could do the work. We asked each installer to provide a detailed proposal of the work they intended to do and what it would cost. Many refused to put anything in writing and one stormed out of our home when we asked questions about how the double ovens would be installed.
We finally called the Clarke Showroom (where we had seen the appliances we wanted) and asked if they would recommend an installer. We were given Rob Wright. Rob came to our home, assessed the work that needed to be done, and gave us a detailed proposal and estimate. In addition, we needed to have work done by a general contractor and Rob provided us with a contact. Rob and his assistant came and removed the old appliances, provided special protection for my tile flooring. Rob also arranged for the purchase and delivery of our new appliances. Rob also gave me a list of what needed to be done by my electrician and plumber for the installation. He did outstanding work!
