They gave me an estimate right away, and completed it quickly. they gave me a good price on a rental, and lowered it when the work took a little longer than expected. Great customer service, I didn't even have to ask.

Dropped in at the Fuller office and made an appointment for an estimate and to schedule repairs. On the appointed day, I arrived and waited less than 10 minutes to speak with the estimator. We looked over the damage and he marked it out for the technicians. He estimated that he would have the car ready by the end of the next day. He then walked me over to the car rental place next door and facilitated a rental. The following afternoon, the shop called me to say that the car was ready. The repaired area was undetectable, a beautiful job. I have used this vendor before and would do so again.

Professional examination of damage to car with estimated cost within $5 of actual total. Appointment to fix car was made for week after examined with the option to take the car in the evening before and leave key in lock box. Estimated time was 3 days work and this turned out to be correct and I was able to pick up the car the afternoon of the third day. Repairs and paintwork were excellent so that car looks like new again. Front bumper was repaired without the need to purchase a new one.

I was rear ended and needed my rear quarter panel and bumper fixed. Josh at Fuller was just awesome! He was very accomodating, professional, and honest, all traits that are important when looking for an auto body shop. They lent me a nice rental for the week my car was being fixed, and I was pleasantly surprised when I returned. They even took the liberty to clean the car, inside and out. I highly recommend bringing your car to Fuller.

Fuller did a great job! They got my car back to me within a week, used original Toyota parts, and I haven't had any problems with the affected area ever since.

It went well, overall. They gave me a great rental car and everyone working there is really nice. The work was supposed to be finished by Friday, but they never called me and it turned out that they weren't finished until Monday. I only found out that it was ready by Monday afternoon because I called Fuller's to check on the status, but since it was so late in the day, I wasn't able to drop their rental off to them and get my car back until the next day. However, Mr. Fuller was real cool about it and didn't charge me for the extra day I had the rental. Aside from the door edge guard peeling off a little, the work that they did came out well. You can't see any visible signs that the door had ever been damaged, and the window seems to be rolling up and down just fine, so I think they got all the parts inside working correctly. Overall, they were very good. Definitely not perfect, but good nonetheless.

Their service was above average. They were very personable and knowledgeable. They had a deal where they charged me $20 if I brought in my own oil. So, I brought some synthetic oil. It was a very good deal.

I was having a couple of issues with my car so I checked Angie's List to find a reputable mechanic within a responsible distance from my house. I saw a good review for Fuller Automotive and saw they have been in business for many years. Even though they only had one review it was a very good review so I decided to try them. They were very friendly, accommodating and priced right. They diagnosed the problem that was causing my check engine light to come on and diagnosed the squealing noise my car was making. I dropped it off that day and they told me they would have it by about noon the next day. They called me at 11:58am and said my car was done and I can pick it up. They also quoted a price of $869.00 and found a way to save me money. It only came to $827.61. In this day and age every little bit helps. They could have ripped me off and charged me the quoted price but they didn't. I highly recommend Fuller Automotive and will be giving them all my work. It was sad to see only one review for this company.It was that review that made me select them so I think it is important to right reviews for these companies. Especially if you used Angie's List to find them.

We have been using their services for a long time. They are very accommodating and are very good at identifying other issues that need to be addressed. They have replaced a light bulb for us at no extra charge with a larger repair. They also have a night drop off so they can get to the work first thing in the morning.
