Please, please, please, stay away from this store. We learned the hard way but you don’t have too. Here is just 1/3 if we went through and still incomplete. Our project was very simple and straight forward. Small kitchen. That’s it! Andy came in and measured. We provided ll the appliances specs and he was in charge of the design. His supervisor and manager of the store in Whitman, Matt Sweeney never talked to us and we just meet him 3 months later when the installer decided to give the job up. They (designer) promised us 2 days for the installation and they required the labor to be pay in full. Our biggest mistake. We thought this is a pretty much standard practice but unfortunately is not in most stores. I will try to be short because this last 4 months have been ****. They stink in everything. Cabinetry came in and it was time to start the installation. We had to wait extra 2 weeks because their installers who they work with decided to quit. Well, I didn’t ask why but they would be lying to me anyway. But later I discovered why the installers decided to leave this store. The management and designers are just junk and costumer service doesn’t exist. After 2 weeks, they hired different installers to do the job and soon I found down the manager Matt hired this guy because he was a friend. I am not going to talk about the installers because they were subcontractors but they were terrible in general. On the cellphone all the time fighting with other contractors or employees. I was leaving in **** for 3 months. Wait a minute, you asked. It was supposed to be a 2 days job right? Well, the designer got every single thing wrong, the specs were off, the installers were ******, we had cabinets missing and many more. And you ask, did the manager did something and the answer is NO! We met him 3 months later. He never answer our emails and our phone calls. We had to go see him. My wife had to call a different store to talk about our issues. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. I took days off from work, bought nails and liqued nail out of pocket and didn’t receive a dime for. I requested and refund and so far after 5 months, Matt Sweeney, who you should never trust, told me he would be talking to his boss about it. To be honest, I don’t expect anything from him because he isn’t even a fraction of what a manager should be. Way below ridiculous. Shame! When we decided to say that we couldn’t deal we such unprofessional behavior and lack of responsibility with this project, he came out to meet us and to say sorry. After that never got back to us and never reach out to ask what we need. The job is incomplete and I am finishing it. Yup! I am finishing it. We can’t even deal with this situation anymore. Matt wanted us to sign that we are satisfied with the job. Ironic, very funny guy. The job isn’t complete and we are very disappointed. We will not be signing off on the work order that you left as the work is not complete in a satisfactory and workman like manner. List of what was left behind that I am dealing with. Missing furniture baseboard under utility cabinet. Missing seal on glass over kitchen sink doors. Touch up crack under kitchen sink. Repairing cracks on both sides of the island. Filling in gaps in crown molding. We filled a complaint with BBB but they told us that FKToday hasn’t responded them. 2 months now since we filled the complain. Don’t make the same mistake. Stay away from Flooring and Kitchen Today in Whitman. We decided to go local but it was a mistake. Maybe a different store and a different manager we would have a different experience. Hard to say! Hope I help you make your decision on new kitchen.

They did good. They were a little high priced, but they did try to work within my schedule which did include having to reschedule a couple of times. They worked within my schedule which involved several reschedules, and then they were pretty much on time and they finished on time, and the quality of installation was good.

So poorly that I paid for the tiles and ended up hiring my own installer to complete the job. After placing a substantial deposit on the tile I wanted, and being assured that it could be installed within the time frame I requested, the sales representative told me that I would be contacted by "someone" to let me know when it was at their site in Auburn. Then we would (allegedly) be able to schedule the installation, as it was their policy to have the tile "in-hand" before scheduling the work. It was supposed to be a two-day process to confirm that they had the tile in stock and deliver it from Marlboro(?). A few days later I had not heard from them, so I called for a status update. They informed me that my sales rep had been fired, and the tiles had not been ordered for delivery to their store in Auburn. In addition, I would have to pay an additional $1200 if I wanted to move forward! I told them that wasn't going to happen and that I had signed a purchase agreement that they would have to honor, or return my deposit. I should have cancelled the whole transaction at that point, but I was working with time constraints and I had already lost precious time. Once again I was assured that we were back on the original timetable. However I was not confident that the tile would arrive on time so I called a few days later. Now they were "really busy" and not sure they could get an installer during the previously agreed-upon time. I got a promise that I would be contacted directly by the installer to schedule the work. He never called. I went into the store to pick up the tile myself and I found my own tiler on Home Advisor. As you can imagine this whole experience was stressful and it threw off my timeline with my plumber. Fortunately he was more professional and flexed his schedule to complete his portion of the renovation.
