Arthur was very responsive, showed up on time, clearly communicated steps required and cost,and completely removed the dent/crease in the fender. The previously damaged area looks factory original. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Boston Dent Pro for repairs like this.

Arthur returned my telephone call timely. Communicated terrifically well via telephone as well as ellectronically. We agreed to an estimated cost for services. He was prompt. Arrived when he said he would. He maintained a clean work environment and was quite proficient with his work. Arthur posses a unique skill and I was grateful he shared his talent with me. I hope I do not have a reason to make use of his services again but in the real world, unfortunately, there are people who are inconsiderate of others and they will continue to open their car doors in to other vehicles, causing the likelihood of my not hesitating to call on Arthur again. I also encourage others to celebrate his talent when the need arises with their automobile.

It went great! Arthur did a great job of fixing a dent in less than an hour and a half. He was able to get the tools necessary that he didn't have in a very timely manner and get to my house in Boston from Worcester the following morning. It is not possible to tell there was previously a dent in the spot that he fixed. I would recommend Arthur for this type of work.

Arthur is amazing!  I was told by three different body shops, including one who did paintless dent removal, that the dent on my car door could not be repaired using the paintless dent removal system, due to the fact that the dent was not on a smooth and flat surface.  I was told that when a dent is on the door ridge, the strongest part of the door, paintless dent removal would not work.  The auto body shops quoted me prices ranging from $1,000 to $1400 to take the door off, remove the dent, and then repaint the door and surrounding surfaces so that the paint would blend into the rest of the car.
I sent a picture to Arthur, and he thought he could fix it for $200, promising me 90% improvement.  Not only did Arthur provide same-day service, which is amazing in and of itself, but he was coming from a distance that is approximately 70 miles from my house.  From the start, it was clear that Arthur is an artist and a perfectionist. He also seems to see find tackling the impossible job a challenge he enjoys.  In a very short time, the dent on my door was gone.  He exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the job, and I couldn't be happier with the job he did. You rarely find anyone with Arthur's work ethic and excellent customer service; he's truly a miracle worker!  Arthur has my highest recommendation.

Arthur returned an email inquiry within an hour on a Friday and drove to my house the next day to do the repair. He did a fantastic job and I will recommend him to others.

I found Arthur/ Dent Ambulance by googling paintless dent repair for the Boston area. I found a national chain, and also Arthur's website www.dentalambulance.com. I called Arthur first, he called back a few minutes later and explained that if I upload photos using the "Contact" page of his website, he would give me an estimate. I took some photos of the dings and uploaded them, and he called me the next day. I also had an estimate done at a large commercial dent removal company and found Arthur's estimate to be much better. Arthur will come to your house, but he prefers using a place that has a garage so the car is not in direct sun. Not having a garage at my house, I agreed to meet him at one of his affiliate garages to have the work done. I dropped the car off and 30 minutes later, it was finished. Excellent job, none of the dings are visible anymore. I am very pleased with his work and responsiveness.
