 + -1 moreThe concern for the customer starts at the top of this company. For a president to respond to my e-mail in just 5 minutes is astounding. They care about their customers and I plan to be with them for a long time.
Description of Work: American Alarm has been our home security provider for the past two years. I recently experienced a billing issue after they switched over accounting systems, and I could not seem to resolve it. In frustration I sent an email to the president, Wells Sampson, who literally responded to my e-mail in 5 minutes. That is incredible, unbelievable customer service, and because of this responsiveness I am going to expand coverage to two other houses.
