They came out to my home , analyzed the problem, explained the options and issues to watch for in the future and repaired for a fair price. I highly recommend and would use them again for any future needs.

Bruce cleaned our EXTREMELY dirty gutters for a fair price. We have a tall, two story house and were not interested in cleaning the gutters ourselves. I'm not sure how long the cleaning took because I wasn't home at the time (a huge plus; I hate taking time off of work for home stuff). All he needed was access to our outdoor water facets. He gave us an estimate over the phone after looking up our house on google, which was really easy. The end price matched the estimate, even though our gutters were quite dirty. I'll call Bruce again, this time before the gutters get too bad. All in all, it was a good, easy experience, and I like supporting small business owners.

Bruce visited the house to provide estimate on the agreed day and time. Bruce arranged for the guttering to be delivered so that the guttering could be painted prior to installation. Bruce and his son completed the installation in two days. The installation included a single piece 60ft length at the back of the house which required 36ft ladders. All work was done on time. Bruce comes highly recommended. He is courteous, prompt and professional.

Bruce was very responsive. I initially sent a note through the Angie's List site. Bruce did not get the message. I followed up the next day by phone. Bruce called me back immediately. He quickly assessed the situation, and made plans to come out to the house. Very professional, and very efficient. I have already told my neighbor about Bruce. I look forward to having him back to do more work at the house!

Bruce was prompt. He and his assistant Brian inspected the gutters and informed me of the issues. The gutters/downspouts were clogged and one section required some repairs. He took care of everything in a professional manner at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing this kind of service. I will be calling him in the fall.

Fantastic, Bruce came out to the house a couple times to make sure he had all the details. The work was done very well and I thought the price was very fair. I would not hesitate to use Bruce again or to recommend him to others. Job well done!

Bruce did a small job for us. He replaced a 13? gutter.
He was accessible, even tho I could see it was a busy time for him. He came out when he said he would, called back to confirm the color, and did all the work he said he would do, even some small details we talked about. Would recommend.

Oops! I forgot I reviewed "the Gutter Guy" a year ago, when the work was performed. Since I can't figure out how to delete this review, I'll just say that the gutter is holding up perfectly!

Bruce has been providing gutter cleaning at our house for a number of years. He has always been very reliable and professional. This summer we had the gutters, downspouts, fascia board, and trim behind downspouts replaced at the house. Bruce moved us into an opening on his schedule and the job seemed a bit rushed, with a couple areas of trim board either completely missed by paint or punky areas painted over that should have been replaced. Bruce admitted that the job took longer than expected and that he had to push an existing job back a day to work it in, but the missed / covered up areas certainly changed my opinion slightly regarding the professionalism of the job.
Overall happy with the job, as the gutters and downspouts are replaced and have addressed the existing issues for the job in the first place, but not happy that I had to redo certain pieces of the job myself after the fact.

Great service! Bruce traveled from Attleboro to Ashland to install gutters on one side of our house. Though ours was just a small
job, he gave it every care and consideration and matched the trim color perfectly. He also helped us decide how to best integrate the rain barrels we had purchased into the gutter system. Bruce is very personable and easy to work with. It was a hot afternoon—so he made my two kids’ day by letting them cool him off with their squirt guns! Would definitely use him again.
