I was not happy. They were on time. They just did not do a good job. It was not cleaned to my satisfactory, and it was wet, very wet. The carpet ran into my tile area and my tile was wet. A lot of water.

We did not have work done

Dispatch called and stated the techs would be here between 12-4. So I am livid again. I told them they need to be here before then, I had spoken with Carol (cust service) whom stated the day before I would be the first stop and Josh the manager whom gave the $40 off. Dispatch said they could be here in 40 mins. I was still frustrated. Spoke with Josh whom stated that he gave me a discount and I would not be accommodated any more. Called corporate spoke with Leann ( refused to give last name). Said take what we are giving or leave it. I opted to leave it and let future customers know that they should think twice about Sears. Oh by the way Josh cancelled my appointment without permission.

I moved one couch in advanced. They did a good job for the price. I did shop around and their price was really good.

Excellent. They were able to get out 3-4 tough stains I could have never gotten out myself

They did a good job, but they did charge for add-ons that were unexpected.

It wasn't a good experience at all. They started doing it from the truck, using power from the truck. Then it wouldn't reach. Then they wanted to use the power from our house and it kept blowing the circuit breaker, it was just a mess. The job turned out below fair.

They did a good job. I didn't like that they didn't screw all the duct covers back on.

The first time I booked them six months ago things went ok. Got what I asked for - nothing more nothing less. I went to book again and they wanted to add a surcharge for fuel. As gas is currently only $1.59 per gallon I asked for it to be waived and they refused. I booked someone else (same price, same service) and called back Sears to cancel. The rep offered to waive the fuel surcharge - but as I already had taken the time to find someone else I said no thanks. She then stated that she hoped I'd "be ok" and that nothing bad would happen to me letting strangers in my house. I pointed out that the Sears folks would also be strangers and she talked about their background checks. She then stated again she hoped I'd "be ok" and "look what happened to that little boy" (not sure what she meant). I canceled anyway, which she couldn't believe. Even if the company I booked isn't any good, I likely won't call Sears again as I find this type of scare tactic to be dishonest.

I am not too sure that they did a good job because they were so fast. We had to get rid of cat smells from a previous tenant. Also after they left we had to go in and vacuum and the smell was still there a little bit. I was not really pleased with the service and because of that I would not use them again.

The truck never showed up, but later the dispatcher left me a message that they had been there and I wasn't home! When I called to discuss rescheduling, they informed me that because I lived on the fifth floor they would not be able to do it because their hoses don't reach that high. Alas, no one thought to ask me what floor I lived on when I scheduled the appointment and I wasted an afternoon waiting for them.

We received a confirmation call the day before, as well as 1/2 before the crew was to show. Crew gave suggestions for keeping ducts cleaner in the future. Reasonable pricing. Couldn't have been a better experience.

I received a call from Sears an hour before my appointment saying that the crew would be in my area a half hour early if that was ok. The two-man crew, though young, was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They explained the process, answered all my questions, and were conscientious of my cat and his escape tendencies. They accidentally let him out, but they were the ones who noticed he was missing and helped me find him crouching underneath their truck outside. I highly recommend the service and I have noticed a dramatically increased quality in the air in my home.

WOW! THE TWO GUYS, WHO DIDN'T LEAVE THEIR NAMES ON MY RECEIPT, WERE POLITE, HARDWORKING, FAST(IN A GOOD WAY), PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL, INFORMATIVE, AND HONEST. IT WAS A BIG JOB BUT THEY NEVER STOPPED TO WHINE ABOUT IT. AFTER SUCH LOUSY EXPERIENCES WITH SO MANY HANDYMEN, THESE GUYS WERE A GODSEND.

THE GENTLEMAN WAS TIMELY AND DID THE JOB FAST AND PROFESSIONALLY. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR EXPERIENCE.

TWO MEN ARRIVED ON TIME. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. COMPLETED THE JOB QUICKLY.
