Roberts Automotive has been servicing my cars ever since I moved to Attleboro in 2006. They're great mechanics, honest as the day is long and you can be sure you're getting a fair price. The owners and staff are simply wonderful. Every time my car needs to be serviced for two hours or more (sometimes less than that) they drive me home and pick me up when the work is completed. I've never had to take a car back for repairs that weren't done correctly. The city of Attleboro sends many of its fleet vehicles to Roberts for repairs, as does the US Postal Service. Government agencies have high standards and limited budgets. The very fact that they use Roberts Automotive speaks to their high standards. I can't recommend this company highly enough. They are a key part of my support system in Attleboro.

I have never had any problems with the service at Roberts. I am a single woman and Bob, the owner, and his assistant always explains everything in detail. He even tells me what can wait and is necessary to do right away. He charges less than the dealer and I am usually able to get an appointment any time I want to come in--even the next day. I just wish they were open on Saturdays. Bob makes me feel like he cares about his customers and doesn't try to take advantage of them. I referred a neighbor of mine to him and my neighbor raved to me about the service he got.
