marble & granite
 + -1 moreWhen buying tile, I asked the owner of the tile store who should install the tile. The owner only gave me one name. Jay O'Leary. Since that time, Jay has worked on three separate buildings and always did an incredible job from start to finish. I liken Jay's work to Michelangelo. Jay is quite an artist and after he is finished with every job, I feel like it is completed with great care, a high quality job, fair price and extreme artistry. I only wish that I have more floors, bathrooms, and wall space so that I can watch Jay perform. You will not find a better artisan for installing, ceramic tile, granite or marble! On a 1 - 10 scale, I would give Jay a 10!
Description of Work: I have been working with Jay since 2007. Jay has installed ceramic tile, stone, granite and marble in three separate buildings. Jay has gutted five bathrooms and installed floors and walls to perfection. After I had a 3000 commercial space vacant for eight months, Jay came in and installed granite at the lobby on both the first floor as well as the second level. Shortly after, I leased the space for 3.5 years. I'm sure that Jay's work had a fantastic impression on the tenant and that is the reason that they rented the space. In addition, Jay renovated five baths in the space and was meticulous throughout the entire job. I also had chipped paint at the ceiling above a shower due to the heavy moisture in a two family in Brookline. Jay installed a ceramic tile ceiling. It used to have chipped paint and now it looks great and solved the problem. Jay has also installed ceramic tile at a single family house in Needham. He did the hearth around the fireplace, two bathroom floors and the shower enclosure (walls and ceiling). In addition, he completed the laundry room. Jay is always reliable and does the job professionally in a timely manner. You will be extremely pleased with his work.
