Meineke Car Care Center did a great job.

Great price. Quality work. Only complaint is that they opened 40 minutes later than time listed on website.

It went well and was fun, as always. Steven is friendly with all their customers, and in that way, he takes after Roger Houck, the owner. I've been going to them for probably 8 years now and always have a pleasant experience. I love it when a first-time customer is sitting in the waiting room and I can vouch for Steven and Roger's service and reputation, because I know they'll be happy customers, as I've always been. They are fast, accommodating, and very reasonably priced. They never try to upsell or work something additional into your service that isn't needed. I give them the absolute top-notch rating!

It is an independently owned store and the owner is really honest and above board. I have had some great experiences and my cousin also goes there. He is very accommodating where charges for work done are concerned. On my car he had certain things done which took him an hour to do and he said that he was doing it for the first time and did not realize the time and charged me just $20. I am never concerned when I go there that I am going to get some work done that need not be done or that I am going to get ripped off. He is really good.

I've been going to this shop for several years. Most recently, I needed an oil change and noticed an oil leak. They called me later with an honest, practical assessment of the problem. On a previous occasion, about a year ago, two different dealers told me I needed over $1000 worth of work. This Meinekie shop correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem for around $100.00.

I have been a customer of this shop for several years. They change my oil and help keep my car in top shape. If he can't fix it, he recommends someone who can. He's honest, which is saying quite a bit in this business. He is the first place I go every time for service. My transmission (or what I thought was my transmission) gave out. I called Roger. He couldn't do the work. He made a recommendation of who could do the work. The work was done and I was happy. Also, they use quality parts. It might mean a bit higher price than the competition, but they will not use inferior parts.
