Furniture - Sales
We bought three tables from La-Z-Boy. Both side tables had drawers that did not fit correctly. It was almost impossible to open and close the drawers. One of them had a piece of wood broken off. The cocktail table had a spring that made a noise when the table was raised and lowered. When we contacted customer service, they would not guarantee that they could come when we were available. Very, very disappointed! I thought we were dealing with a reputable company.
As bad as our overall experience was with La-Z-Boy was, I have to say that the technician that came to look at our problems was wonderful. He was the only person that gave us straight answers. He fixed what he could and ordered what he could not.
