Fabulous Cleaning did a great job for us on short notice. Gail came to the house to do an estimate and was very friendly. We had a couple hiccups in our communication, but they were very accommodating. The team of 2 who cleaned our house was very thorough - I'm really picky and found very little that I would have done differently, which is impressive for their 1st time in our house. The girls arrived promptly and the services came in right around the estimate. While not the cheapest option, I'd definitely use them again for a thorough cleaning and I think the quality is better than many less expensive options.

Two ladies arrived while my husband was home and took care of the deep clean. The house has been neglected and needed work. They worked diligently and professionally and got the job done. I was pleased with the results.

They were excellent. We had done some work in a house and we wanted to get it dusted for the people, so they did the cement floor. It was quick service, and they were very good and very efficient. I was shocked how inexpensive it was. There is nothing I can say wrong about them. They were perfect. I am going to be using them next month.

First cleaning of my 1700 sq ft house was $195 followed by $105 for bi-weekly cleaning. We have used them for about 4 months now and are extremely happy. They get under the furniture, ceiling fan blades, everything we've asked for. One nice thing is that they also call the day before they are coming and leave a message just to remind me.

Fabulous cleaning answered my call to clean a vacant apartment promptly. Gail, the owner, arrived an hour later than she said she would for the estimate, but I was working there so it didn't matter. She was friendly and helpful with suggestions. I paid her at that time, stupidly, of my own volition and gave her a $25.00 tip as she promised she would take care of details that I think are 'picky' on my part. Her employees arrived when I was working away from the site and said they spent the entire day cleaning. Gail said she was there also.
I arrived later in the day after the cleaners had gone. I found almost nothing cleaned. It looked swept. The stove was filthy, blinds were filthy. I founf painter's tape still stuck to the hardwood floors they said they had washed with Murphy's oil soap. Closet floors were not cleaned. Nothing looked as though it was cleaned. I took pictures the evening of the cleaning day, as soon as I arrived. I sent them immediately via phone message directly to Gail. She did respond and apologized.
Three weeks later I received a check for $80.00 from her as compensation.
I am still out the balance and I had to clean the apartment myself.
Gail was friendly and I was sorry the service was so poor to non-existent. I would have liked to continue to do business with someone like that.

"I met with [member name removed] and i gave her a quote, I called [member name removed] in advance to tell her i would be a little late. [member name removed] said that was fine she was there,and the painters were there.I did explain to [member name removed] that we always clean the windows on the inside but we don't clean the out side .I did go by and check the work ,And yes there were somethings that didn't get done. So i offered to come back and take care of these few things [member name removed] said no she would do it herself .I would have liked to work with [member name removed] she seemed like a very nice lady."

They call ahead and remind of your appointment, and bring the same people every time. I feel they are dependable, reliable and do great work.

I was not satisfied with them. I would never use them again. They were awful. First she quoted me a price for my house. After she quoted the price, I told her that I had a 20% off coupon. Then she told me that the price that she gave me was including the coupon when I hadn’t told her about the coupon before. She tried to rip me off. Multiple things hadn’t been cleaned when they came to my house. I called and told the manager. I am a customer service person myself. They didn’t come forward to make things up to me or give me a refund. They were not apologetic for what happened. I was just blown away. The price was fair and decent. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

We called you to see if you were happy with the service, and would you like to schedule another cleaning your response was "I will give you a call when I am ready". If you had any complaints we would have been there the next day or given you a discount. And I tell all my customers this when I do the initial visit. It was nice meeting you Member."

I did try them as I was thinking about switching from my current company. But I think I will stay with the company I have been using as I like their personality a bit better. I prefer the people I have been using. Fabulous Cleaning did do a good job. Originally she wanted to charge me more than $100 but I did negotiate with her. The company I normally use does change the bed linens for me and Fabulous Cleaning balked at that.

They were good. Very responsive. Came out to give an estimate very quickly and we scheduled them to do the work that same week.
They did a nice job on the windows, bathrooms and kitchen in particular.
A rating overall although I gave them a B for price and quality because I think the cleaning was what I expected and they charged a fairly standard rate based on the other quotes we got.

I had a bit of difficulty with the initial scheduling, though that was probably partially due to the fact that I was out of state while trying to schedule. Beyond that, everything was great. They arrived on time with a great team and tackled a big house that had been largely vacant for a while. Everyone was friendly and worked hard. It cost more than I expected but they were there for a long time...and since I'm now doing the ongoing cleaning myself, I can attest that it is a LONG job! Not a lot of places will help you with one-time jobs which is what I really needed at the time. They were great and I would hire them again and I would recommend them.
