We called them because we had some kind of problem with the door. They are very responsive. It was easy to get an appointment when we needed to get a repair done. They are dependable. We can be sure that even though we have an older garage door that they are able to take care of any repair problem that we have. The level of professionalism is good. The technician that comes out is well trained and knows what he is doing.

The job went very well. The technician arrived promptly, removed the old 25 year-old heavy wooden door and 25 year -old tracks then installed the new maintenance - free door and tracks, He removed the old wooden trim and replaced it with new white trim that never needs paint or upkeep. The job took about 2 hours and when he was finished he took away every single piece of debris. The site was perfectly clean and he showed me everything I could possibly need to know about my new door and tracks. The garage now looks brand new. This adds value to my property for sure.

operation  perfect job Called Compton doors on a monday appointment was set up  next 8-10,  he showed up 10 past 8 not bad  at  all.  He looked and listened to the operation,  told me  the 4 wheels had to be replaced, and he showed me why.  Then he adjust the door  for proper up & down. I mentioned it was still a bit noisy but a lot better.  he said the noise was from the metal wheels in the tracks,  if I  over nylon wheels  it will be much quieter.   He put on the new wheels and all you hear now is the hum of the motor!

Exactly as promissed, on time and on budget.

Compton provided same day service. They diagnosed the problem, replaced parts that were damaged beyond repair, tightened all the hardware, oiled everything. It is SO much quieter now. The serviceman was really pleasant. A very good experience all around.

Probably one of the best jobs we have had done. They came when they said they would and did the work as specified.

I contacted Compton Doors about replacing my two garage door openers. They had someone in my neighborhood that day, so I let them in and went to work. When I returned, my doors were working and I have not had a problem since. Excellent at responsiveness and work quality.

He was on time, very professional and did a great job. Replaced teh old gasket wiht a better one that covered up areas where hte paint was beginning to peel so it looks better. Adjusted door and we're very happy with the job. If we replace the door in the future I'm calling this company.

Their price was , by far, the best and their product was the same as or on a par with the other companies we contacted. Everyone we dealt with at Compton Doors was professional and punctual. What more can you ask?

THE JOB TURNED OUT GREAT, ESPECIALLY SINCE I DON'T HAVE TO GET OUT OF MY CAR TO OPEN THE GARAGE DOOR. THE COMPANY GOT RIGHT DOWN TO BUSINESS AND FINISHED THE ENTIRE JOB IN SIX HOURS.
