The large wall/patching in our foyer came out excellent. They patched some large gaps in the stair trim which were also excellent. The problem I have was with the trim work. Chris quoted 40 hours for the trim work, then came back after they had been there 2 days and said they would need an additional 16 hours which I agreed to. It took 4 days to do all of the work but when I looked at the trim throughout the house there were many obvious spots that weren't even touched (either scratches/dings/old paint). There were also a handful of spots where they touched up with the wrong paint color. We knew the trim paints were different in some rooms, but why would they paint a small portion of a door with a different color and just leave it. I made the mistake of paying him the balance on the morning of the 4th day assuming they were going to finish everything up. Unfortunately I got home to find the trim was hardly touched. I was also surprised to find a bunch of old caulking strips/plaster chunks on my front lawn - looks like they dumped a tarp on the front lawn by the front door. If you hire these guys, do not pay them until they are done and check everything!!! I think they got their money and said screw the customer and left without finishing.
