Not well at all. Installed and it never worked until I hired another company to come in and fix the issue. It was installed on a cool day but the first hot day I put the system on it blew hot air. I called and texted Brian but he would not come back to my house to repair for 4 days. When he came he sent his workers who said the system needed to be re-charged. they assured me the system was working and it failed immediately. Several days later and after my instance and several calls and texts, Brian showed up. He failed again. He "re-charged" the system again and said it was working. I asked him to go to the attic to look at the high velocity handler and he refused saying " the condenser is the issue". It wasn't. After calling him for a service call on a newly installed system that never worked a third time, I did not hear back from him. I then hired another company to come in they did so. Brian finally had his worker show up at later that evening, without ever notifying me, but the system was fixed, finally. Brian texted me and said he would reimburse me for the service call to another company. It has now been 90 days and after repeated emails and texts, the reimbursement has not been sent nor a response from Brian to my many texts and e-mails.
