Very pleased with the work, and very surprised when I got the bill. I guess buyer be aware. I asked him for an estimate, and he sent a guy out to take a look at it. He took pictures of the Aquasana system I purchased, and he fixed the leaking pipe on the water system, without letting me know how much it was going to cost. Then a couple days later, a couple guys showed up to install the water filter system. When I asked him how much this would cost, he said we will send you a bill. My heart just sunk into my chest. I budgeted $1500 for the job, and when I got the bill, it was $2189.77. Way over my personal budget. The 2nd time the guys were out, I wasn't happy that they didn't install shut off valves to close off the water and keep it in the tank, when I needed to change the filters. I called Brian back and he sent the same guys to install the shut-off valves so I can change the filter and not have 6 gallons of water come out with it. One of the guys forgot to plug the water heater back in so he came out, on his personal time, to apologize he forgot, and to offer to plug it back in. I was very impressed they take pride in their work. This company does do great quality work, but I am very surprised they don't give out estimates for the work prior to starting it. I feel as it is a good idea to give the customer a general estimate to how much the work will cost so that there are no surprise bills in the mail. I will hire them back, but will request an estimate before starting the work.

They did a great job. Returned my call right away & was right on time. We will be hiring this company again in the near future. Highly recommend them!

They're very professional and show up when they say they will. Their pricing is fair. They're my go-to plumber. They've always done good work and clean up after the work is done.

It went very well. The old leaking faucet was replaced with a new faucet. The plumber was very pleasant to deal with. I would contact them again.

My toilet was totally blocked. I called and they sent someone very quickly. I like these plumbers very much, but I think they're rather expensive, though it's hard to judge when services are "expensive." Since it was "snaked" it has been leaking. I asked for an estimate for other work, but they never got back to me. I guess I fell through the cracks. So, I hired another plumber to finish work I needed done. I WILL hire them again, however.

I actually was introduced to him because he was the inspector for the town of Attleboro, and I had someone else who did an absolutely terrible job. He was fantastic, and after that, whenever I have a problem I call him and he has been terrific. He did a great job. The price was reasonable comparatively. I found the generator and asked him about putting it in, so he had me have it delivered directly to him so that I wouldn't have to deal with any of the delivery and all that. Then, he leveled the ground and put a sink down so that it would be level and I wouldn't have any problems with that. He put in all of the plumbing work that needed to be done. He also found me an electrician at a reasonable price and did all of the contracting for that with me and made sure everything was up and running. The electrician was a nice guy but a little perplexed at some points because he was having a little more trouble than he thought he was going to have installing it, and then he was very frustrated because there was a light on it saying that it wasn't hooked up correctly or whatever, and we finally had to call a generator company and have them send someone else and it had nothing to do with the electrician. I had pretty confidence in him and I trusted him. I knew everything would be up and running. I wanted somebody that I trusted. Their price, attitude and work ethics are good that I would recommend them to others too.
