Great I have contract. Paid for parts only.

I think we are going to be changing this year. They are very good as far as service goes. They came in Christmas Eve one year. Their service is very good. We have a yearly service contract and they come out and do just about anything except for replacing the whole thing. The customer service is very good. We haven't been happy with the billing as far as we are on a budget payment plan for the oil and when the oil prices went up they didn't adjust it up so it got to the point that they weren't bringing oil out. We are changing to a different place where they will adjust the monthly rate when the oil goes up. They have done that to us two years in a row now. The service is good but we are not sure on their payment type plan. We've used them for 13 years and we are just now changing because of the budget plan and the problems the last two years. When something happens and we call them, they have come out within 30-45 minutes and they even came on Christmas Eve. The only problem we have ever had was with the financing part and that is the only reason we are looking to change. If we find out that other places are pretty much the same, we will probably continue to use them.

I have used my service contract for a yearly furnace cleaning and for two furnace repairs in midwinter. They were incredibly responsive and came within an hour of calling in the furnace issues. The technician was so helpful and capable. A great family run local business. Oil delivery is like clockwork when we need it- two years no problems at all.
