Initially, Travis and Josh arrived to perform an inspection of the current installation of fireplace insert which I believed was faulty. They confirmed this, providing exact details including showing defective parts, on the problem. They also informed me that I needed to pull a building permit and that installers must be licensed by the state. The original seller of the insert did not do this and referred me to a subcontractor for the installation who in turn performed a shoddy and dangerous installation of the chimney liner, placing my home at risk of a fire. Josh & Travis also explained clearly what was done. I had them come back a second time to complete the re-installation of the insert using the proper fireplace chimney liner. They were very prompt at completing the work and did an excellent job of cleanup, including vacuuming and using drop cloths throughout their work space and work pathway. These guys also do chimney cleaning and I will hire them for this given my experience.
