 + -1 moreWorking with John was a pleasure. He visited our home more than once to make sure he understood what we were looking for. He was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. We bought our own tile, door, and fixtures and he was always available to answer questions about what we needed prior to the job starting. He was also able to recommend several tile shops that gave us alternatives to the big box stores (and much more selection). We found him friendly and trustworthy and had no issues leaving him and his assistant in our house while we went to work each day. The job was completed on time and on budget and we're really, really happy with the end results. We would most definitely recommend him and call on him again if we have another project.
Description of Work: Shower remodel. Removed old one-piece bath/shower combo and installed new tiled shower with glass door.

He is an extremely professional craftsman and if you want a contractor that treats the job like it was his own house he is for you. You do not find contractors like this to often. Job was started and completed as agreed. As in the past he exceeeded our expectations.

 + 5 moreIt went exceeding well. John is a master craftsman....bordering on being an artist. His work was exquisite and he treated our house and this job like it was being done in his house. The job started on time and finished almost on time. Dealing with John was a pleasure. He is 100% professional and his work speaks for itself......Zero issues! We received 5 quotes for this job and John was not the highest or the lowest. We went and saw some of his work and spoked at length to some of his customers. Seeing and hearing what he was all about convinced us he was our guy! My wife and I would highly recommend him....I have dealt personally and professionally with many contractors over the years and John is one of the best. If you want quality work done at a fair price 10 West is for you!
Description of Work: 10 west (John) did a complete remodel of our very large master bath. It involved a complete demo, setting a whirlpool tub, double sink and vanity, a toilet and a very large custom shower. 10 west did all the tile work which came out magnificiently. It included all the floors the full shower including the shower floor, all around the tub and a custom recycled glass wall. a heated floor was installed and john made some custom built ins, in addition to installing medicine cabinents. john also remoded a small bath room and installed crown molding, new baseboards and trim in our family room.
