I have been using Mike and his team at Maritime for about 10 years. Found him through this site in its early days. Mike and his team have done over half a dozen jobs for us over the years, everything from fixing leaky roofs, to all sort of interior and exterior repairs. Over the years I have recommended him to friends without hesitation; and I and my friends swear by him work. Mike is hands on, very communicative, and an all around good guy to work with. His job quotes are accurate and very fair. He recently helped us repair interior damage from roof leaks (Mike does not do roofs anymore) over the Winter. He was very busy at the time, but was able squeeze us in and do the job over a few Saturdays. Needless to say: Highly recommend Mike and his team.

Where do I begin? Mike the owner and Mike his partner were very professional, in addition to being extremely personable: two of the nicest gentlemen you could ever want in your house for 1 month. We have a small dog who absolutely adored the attention they gave him. He was pretty obnoxious, as he barked every time they came in or went out. (We think the dog has short term memory issues). But they greeted the dog with love & patience each and every time. Our project involved a side porch with cement steps, (which we never used), and completely dismantling it and reconstructing it into a full 1st floor bathroom with gorgeous tile flooring. Our house is 118 years old, so they did encounter a couple of issues. But they talked us thru it and found the best ways to tackle each of them. The price for our project was beyond reasonable, much less than we would have thought. And an added benefit was their affiliation with a great plumber, with several decades of experience, who did all the plumbing for us. The work they did for us is meticulous and the result is absolute perfection. They just finished and we are already getting ideas for a summer project, and there is no question we will ask Maritime Home Improvements Corp. Thank you, Mike and Mike. We love our new bathroom.

We hired Mike to do our renovations on our home after the ice dams damaged several rooms (kitchen, family room and living room). Entire walls had to be replaced, the kitchen was an entire remodel, the ceiling in the living room had to be replaced and the outside siding was matched to perfection. Mike was professional, cost effective and the ultimate craftsman. The end result: WOW! Our kitchen is gorgeous and better than before! Even the insurance inspector said WOW! We would hire him again in a heartbeat! He is a gem! We have a few more projects in mind. Mike is our go to craftsman professional!

Mike has been a pleasure to work with. He has done all finish carpentry in our gut renovation project and has brought additional trades in to do some of the work all of which has gone seemlessly and workmanship has been fantastic. I will use him again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Mike from Maritime Home Improvement is very professional. During my grueling process with my insurance company he has made every accommodation to help us during our situation. I would recommend him to any and everyone. We are still waiting on an outcome from the insurance agency but knowing Mike made himself not just available to me the homeowner but to my Insurance agency as well. Maritime is very much in touch with their customers needs. I have to say I am very happy with the service I have and am receiving from this company. They are prompt with appointments, great communication skills especially when explaining what needs to be done.

I had been planning on instaling skylights in my kitchen and bath for the last five years. Mariitime gave me a very fair proposal, installed my skylights and recessed lighting and I am absolutley thrilled.
