Customer service is very nice. I would call them again. They came at an odd time and were still able to get the parts we needed even that was old stuff and he did give me a quote on more work that I'm going to have him do replacing some lights in the house, light fixtures. They have reasonable prices. I didn't have any issues afterwards.

They came in and were very courteous and fast and effective. I would recommend them. We thought the price was reasonable. They give you the amount upfront and if they find that there is more work then that is covered but if there is less you just kind of lose out. It is more of just like a flat fee. It was interesting. It was an emergency service that came at a weird hour and on a weird day so I expected their prices to be a little bit higher. I think that their price is reasonable and I liked their approach.

Kyle was very responsive. He gave an accurate verbal estimate. He is communicative about his schedule and timely/prompt. He was efficient and kept the living area clean (as if he was never there). Not being an expert, I feel confident his work is good. He was very thoughtful in his questions as well as in his solutions. My only criticism is that he didn't offer the cheapest easiest solution upfront. We would have still proceeded to update the outlet, but that would have been a standout. Giving us the simplest option to consider and arguing his reasons for and against it would have earned him a stellar vote of confidence. I was okay with his response when I asked him the question directly. But like I mentioned, I had decided to update, regardless, before I even called for ANY electrician. Aside from that one hiccup, I happily recommend him. He was a pleasure to have hired to do the work requested. We will hire him again for future projects.

Must hire! lowest pricing of 3 companies called. Kyle and Matt were extremly efficient ,very professional, fast, organized, clean and neat. They were on time and treated us like we were top priority even though they were very busy with newer construction jobs. The bonus to all of this , besides the price, they both have great upbeat personalities even though it was a difficult job. Kyle was very pleasant and professional. He was on time to meet us to quote the work we needed done (getting mother's house ready for sale, needed some upgrades). He made recommendations based on our requests, which were cost effective and efficient. Kyle then came back at an agreed date/time (again, on time), and performed all the work within the budgeted time, cleaned up after himself, and explained what he had done, so that we knew it was done to code. Overall, we were very happy with Kyle's work and professionalism. We would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Responded quickly to my call for an estimate on the work I needed. He was very helpful in helping me decide on type of recessed lighting that would look best as well as placement of the cans. He did a great job and was very professional. There was no mess to clean and no added expenses when the job was completed. Overall great experience. I would recommend Hammond Electric.

I have been using Hammond electrical services for years and years now. I run a successful frame to finish general contracting business and have blown through many electricians in my ten tears in business. There was something about Kyle when I met him that has made this business relationship last so long and created my loyalty to him. It was his honest and calm attitude!!!
Kyle has always taken care of me from extremely difficult projects to small projects helping my customers out no matter the size. He is the example of how all companies should be ran. He answers when you call, does the work on time, always pulls the proper permits( which is extremely important to me and my customers) and his attention to detail is bar none.
Electrical work can have devastating effects if not done right. Knowing mathematical calculations of loads, using proper size lines and meeting specific dedications is all up in his head full of knowledge. I have never failed a electrical inspection since he has been part of my team and am sure I never will.
I truly recommend Kyle and his fantastic right hand man Matt for all of your electrical needs at your home. Wether you are doing under cabinet lighting.
