Completed job in a timely manner.

Kendall's Yard Care was prompt in surveying the job. The quote was very fair for the initial spring clean up and continued maintenance as the yard was quite overgrown due to rain every weekend. Kendall's happily surprised me today, by coming after the Nor'easter ended. They did exactly what I asked for. Looking forward to working with them this summer season. Great job!

Answered my inquiry instantly once I put in for it on the app. They came out to assess the job site the same day. Once they got to the job they completed it in one day. I had very overgrown hedges, it was a big job and they look so much better now! I highly recommend them.

Excellent service, very professional. Jarod mentioned a while ago that my lawn could use a dethatching and overseeding, I had them do the job and after it has grown in and been cut, I could not be happier. The lawn looks great, greener than ever. I cannot thank them enough.

Outstanding Customer Service! Jared and his team took their time to meticulously go over the edges of my walkway, which the previous company I worked with was unwilling to do! They also weed whacked through the cracks on the walkway to eliminate most of weeds! He then suggested I get Rollup weed killer to complete the process! Fair price and I couldnâ t be more happy! We were off to a good start on this project, however, I am very disappointed that there was no follow-through. When last I spoke to him, he was going to come by once a week to check on the progress of the lawn and then do the next step in 4-6 weeks. I never heard from him again. It has been well over 6 weeks. I could have pushed the issue, but I am not interested in chasing my pro. For the money, I paid out I would think the follow up would be included. Or at the very least, that he would do what he said. The work that was done was good, but unfortunately, that does not mean much if it is not finished.

I apologize in advance for the long review but I want to include as much information to be as fair as possible. I hired Jarod to do spring cleanup of my yard which included removing dead branches and twigs, trimming the hedges, mowing and dethatching the lawn and cleaning up the dead leaves (of which there was a large pile in my back yard). He said he would quote me based on man power needed and how many hours it would take to do the job, and we came to an agreement for $900 (no mulching). Admittedly it was just him and a high school kid who worked on the yard but I had no problems as long as the job was done well. Jarod was friendly and he did a good job with the bush trimming and yard cleanup. The yard looked nice after he was done. Unfortunately he was placing all the yard waste on the side of the wooded hill above the retaining wall in my backyard (according to him, he had asked me if this was ok when we did an initial walk around the yard and I had said yes, but I honestly don t recall this). In any case, even as a non-landscape professional I could see that this was a bad idea since the wind would just blow the leaves back down the hill, over the top of my retaining wall and back into the yard. I mentioned this to him while they were doing this and said if he was going to dispose of the yard waste this way, to at least move it far up the wooded hill. He ended up blowing the leaves about 10-15 ft behind the top of my 5ft retaining wall which I was very skeptical would be sufficient but I decided to wait and see. The very next day after the job was done, I could see the leaves from the side of the hill were blowing back into the yard and accumulating. I messaged him to express my disappointment and he messaged back saying I had agreed to this method of disposal and he couldn t control nature (i.e. the wind blowing it back). Even if I had unwittingly agreed to this in deference to his suggestion, what landscape professional would suggest such an awful solution? He was now telling me it d be extra for labor to remove the leaves he d dumped on the hill off the property, and there d also be a disposal fee. This removal option and fee was never discussed or suggested prior, when we first did the walk around. I refused to pay more than the $900 that I had already paid and told him I d have been better off bagging the pile myself and letting the city pick up the yard waste. He said he didn t want an unsatisfied customer and offered to blow the leaves further up the hill to which I agreed. I haven t heard back in the 4 days since and now I have leaves all over my back yard that have blown back from the piles he placed on the hill 10-15 ft from my yard. I think the general understanding when someone is contracted to clean up a yard is to place the waste in an area where it won t create the same problem that was paid to be fixed, especially a day after the job is done. I think it s bad customer service to charge extra to fix a problem that was already paid to be fixed. He worked from 10-3pm with a high school kid. At $180/hr for the both of them with the only supply cost being the cost of gas, I expected better. I wish I could post photos of my backyard 5 days after the job was done. It s a mess of leaves. I hope this review causes him to be more proactive and provide good customer service for the hard earned money that they pay.

They canceled my first three appointments in a row with no explanation. They rescheduled each time and canceled again. Then after the third canceled order, and a still messy lawn, they refunded my money. I rescheduled again. I am now on my fifth cancellation and expecting my sixth tomorrow. I just want my lawn cleaned up and I am giving up after tomorrows predicted cancellation.

This is the BEST Lawncare that I have ever hired. They are very professional, Lawn looks GREAT when they finish. They go beyond to make sure the lawn looks good. I would recommend this company for hire to anyone. Don't waste your money on others, this is the company that you need to hire.
