Land Surveying
I needed a land survey of the property I was purchasing. It appeared there may have been some misunderstanding of where the property lines abutted the neighbors land. He performed the research and survey. It was good to know where the property lines were exactly. The neighbors on both sides of the home were pleased as well. Mr Berry even did a survey for one adjoining neighbor after he finished on this property. He was kind enough to do a bit of research and find the locations of relatives of mine in the area that I had visited in my youth. very generous.
