COUGHLIN BUILDING & REMODELING

I couldn't be happier. We lived in our home during the construction and were never bothered by the experience. They showed up everyday and worked fast and hard. Mike, the owner works right alongside his employees and seems to have a good relationship with them. He was always honest and upfront with us. He provided us with all the receipts for materials each week and whenever there were returns or refunds he gave it to us right away. He hired excellent sub-contractors and seemed to have a good relationship with them as well. He got us a lot of good deals on different things throughout the process. The town inspector knew him from other jobs and always had good things to say about his work when he came. We never failed one inspection. I was impressed with just how easy going and down to earth Mike was. He is a family man who works very hard at what he does. Our addition is wonderful and I could never say Thank You enough. We have referred Coughlin Building and Remodeling to many friends and family. Mike has built an addition for a co-worker of mine, remodeled a kitchen for a family friend and finished a basement for another neighbor of mine. He has been back to my house several times since to fix or replace various things. Just recently after the ice storms he came and replaced a broken window for us. He is willing to fix or build anything your home may need. I HIGHLY suggest Coughlin Building and Remodeling to anyone who may need work on their home or are looking to build a new one. Pretty much everyone I know uses him now. You won't be disappointed!
