Description of Work: This is my first large renovation (2-3 months); but not my first home. The details of this purchase/renovation are quite extensive, as is the loan (a 203K remodeling loan). If you have had to go through this process, you'll understand that the pre-paperwork is quite grueling (and if not, be prepared). Brian at CaveCorp has been a long time professional in the construction business and someone whom I had great pleasure working with about 14 years ago. He had started his business with just roofing and has moved into full scale home building, mostly in the Middleboro/Taunton/Easton (but not limited too) areas.
