Overnight hospitalization, out of hours emergent care, intensive care services. For these we coordinate with several local emergency referral centers

"First I would like emphasize my concern over your perceived dissatisfaction with Assonet Animal Hospital in your visit of 7/2/14 (per record). In your assessment you state no time was taken "really examine dog", however, much of that 'examination' rested in the bloodwork we discussed with you and submitted with the goal of pursuing a complete diagnosis for your dog. (As regards the matter of charges, a casual analysis would show that currently that labwork is costing clients 30% less than in prior years in our effort to make it more accessible to our clients. Other charges such as the Office Visit have not been changed significantly. As regards communication, in one respect you are correct: when we received the bloodwork results we left repeated messages to please return our calls to discuss the results, but they were never responded to. As this posting is the first indication you have given that we somehow did not meet your expectations, I am responding now to offer you the invitation to return to see either Dr. Gabriel or myself in hopes that we can better meet your expectations and resume the pursuit of better health for your dog.
