Got disposal working again, cleaned coils on fridge, and said that my stove was ok and didn’t need repair. Was prepared to replace disposal, but didn’t need to. I would absolutely use them again!

The technician came on-time, was courteous, quickly identified the issue and recommended the action to remedy, namely, replace the device. He also found a nearby store where analogous machines were on sale. Overall: quick and excellent service. Recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Fillip and his company. He operates his business with honesty, integrity and professionalism. In addition, he and the other technician, Tim, are extremely knowledgeable on all appliances, big or small. I have on older combo washer and dryer unit which could only be serviced by pulling it out from under the countertop. The large appliance store I originally purchased the machine, as well as other appliance repair companies, were extremely hesitant to even come out and take a look. The companies that were willing to come out would only do so for a ridiculous fee or they said I could purchase a new machine. Fillip, was honest and up front about the diagnosis, repair process and pricing. Offering a very fair, sound approach. He did not immediately suggest I purchase a new machine. He was confident that if the machine could be fixed, that he could fix it. That is exactly what he did. He and Tim were neat and courteous during the service as well. I am very thankful I found Smart Appliance. They will be my go-to appliance repair company.

Best appliance service call I ever had. It was a very difficult-to-diagnose inlet problem that Filipp persevered and resolved. He made two trips and ordered multiple parts and total cost was only $182. I only paid for parts he used on my machine and kept rest in his inventory. Filipp is very hard-working and very, very honest, while being quite reasonably priced. I can't ask for anything more and he will be my go-to appliance repair expert for any future jobs. I've hired Fillip for a repair in the past and it went well. This time, I had a washing machine that was not working properly. Fillip and his team diagnosed the issue and set-up a claim ticket with the manufacturer for me. After I went back and forth with the manufacturer (the machine was 1 month past warranty) it was determined that the best course of action was to buy a new unit, as the rebuild would be more expensive and less reliable. Fillip helped me select a unit, delivered, and installed it. I am on a third floor walk-up with a tight stairwell and two 'big box' stores said they wouldn't deliver/install it to me. During this month long process, due to the back and forth with the manufacturer trying to get parts covered, Fillip was EXTREMELY helpful and always got back to me within the hour. He even spent 15 minutes after installation to go over the features and settings of the new machine.
