Seats of 2 chairs were stained during a party. Brian was able to re-upholster just the seats with the fabric we supplied, instead of having to re-do the entire chair. Work was done in a timely manner, Brian was very accommodating and chairs look like new.

I had a 2-cushion rocking chair with bad cushion covers, and a nice wooden arm chair with a stained corded seat cushion integral to the chair. I selected Richards Upholstery, a small, local shop. They had some upholstery fabric on bolts at very reasonable prices, which he used for the corded and zippered cushion covers for the rocking chair. I supplied my own fabric for the other chair. He did a beautiful job on both for a fraction of what I would have paid at a larger shop. He was pretty quick, and definitely responsive to my need to have the chairs back by a certain date. He is relaxed and cordial, but professional. When I needed a couch slipcover made, he very helpfully referred me to another small shop. I highly recommend Brian Richards, and intend to use his services again as needed.
