Good. I had no problem with the furnace. They charge the same as everybody else. Because I had bought the furnace, a part needed to be repaired, and they did that for free.

They are outstanding with out a doubt, and I have had them back each year to clean my furnace. In fact they are scheduled next week to clean my furnace. They are fantastic. They do a magnificent job. I highly recommend them without reservation. They were in the middle of the price. A lot of them were charging $5,000-$6,000, and some were $10,000. I went with them because I was impressed. They explained everything, and their references were great. They gave me references to call, and I was glad I went with them. They did such a good job. I sat their and watched them for the two day install, and they didn't mind. The precision. The owner himself didn't do it, two other guys did it. He has top notch repairman. They were great. For what they did, and the quality of materials. It was excellent. I sat and watched them put in all new piping, and I thought geez this is too much. They kept going and going. It was like watching an novel. At my age and I'm by myself, I have had people take me. If they won't let me watch them, they can't work at my house. If you are doing everything right, why can't I watch.

They have been very helpful and willing to answer my questions. Last time the tech also spent extra time to help me figure out the best settings to ensure I was not wasting energy heating my water when it was not necessary.

Chris and his team are awesome.  I have used his services for about 2.5 years now, after I was upset with my previous oil service company.  I couldn't be happier with the service received by Nightlife. Chris really stands by his and his teams work.  He kept my old unit running while he informed me that it was about time to think about replacing it.  I knew this was the case as the unit was over 30 years old.  I was never pressured to buy a new one from Chris.  Then one day the oil burner quit.  I was lucky that Chris was able to stop by and bring it back to life and discuss a replacement.  We scheduled an install day and told me to call him immediately if anything happened before the install, as it was December.  
The install went smooth and fast for a complete swap out.  They replaced the old burner and installed a water storage tank as well.  I thought the price was very fair and mostly in my budget as I was hoping to be able to save a bit more.  I paid what was quoted.  No up sells no hidden costs.  They left me with a shiny new system and explained everything. The work was very clean and the area they worked in was cleaned up as well.  
Anyway back to my recent service.  A copper pipe had started to leak (small drips) from one of the welds.  This is a weld on the part, not one of the solder joints so it was NOT install failure, just a part that was failing.  I called up Chris and he seemed disappointed that this was happening and said something like that should not happen.  He came over and replaced the part at no charge. Again with prompt service.
In my opinion you can't go wrong with Chris.  If something does happen he will make it right.  You get great service and honest service with nightlife.  I will continue to use them for sure.

Chris and his team did an outstanding job. Our boiler broke and Chris prepared to come in for an installation the next day. His team arrived right on time in the morning and started working promptly. They were very professional and courteous. They finished the installation by the end of the day as promised and it looks awesome. At the end of the day they explained what they did, how it is all up to code, and explained how to use the new system. We are very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them to others.

I have had others in to clean my furnace  in past years and they were in and out if 15-30 minutes and I knew they didn't do anything.  Chris took my whole burner apart, demonstrated to me what he did.  He also showed me what hadn't been done in years and made recommendations. He talked to me in honest terms that I understood.  He didn't just try to talk over my head and sell me something.   I was told by others that just by the age of my burner I needed a new one and got the hard sales pitch.  Chris was honest, gave me some tips and said I should be able to get at least 5 more years out of it.  This is the guy I want to do business with.

Chris arrives promptly and he has the experience, the tools and the parts with him.  He quickly diagnoses the problem and fixes it.  He's a real pro.

I lost heat/hot water in my house, Chris showed up 1 hour after I called him and quickly fixed the problem.  He was able to explain everything that was happening with my burner and fixed the issue in about an hour.  I would highly recommend this company to people using this web-site.

Chris is very thorough and effient. He spent hours to fix the oil burner in our new home on a Sunday. We will def. call him again for yearly service in the future.

The guy that came out was very clean, thorough, and explained what he was doing and why.

Chris provided me with detailed written proposal which included a specific parts list, explained his warranty as well as the extended warranty from the manufacturer, included that he would be getting the required permit. He alerted me to specific issues that he may encounter [need access to breakers, loss of water on the install day, they would be there early etc]. He arrived on the set date and began removal of furnace #1 and associated piping. That evening furnace #1 was in and working. Next day he arrived and replaced furnace #2. I'm preparing to sell my house. The buyer's home inspector found a spot on the oil tank where the oil was seeping through. The realtor recommended Nightlife, because Chris has done work on other properties she's sold. Chris came out the next day to give an estimate, and scheduled installation within a week. Building codes have changed since the tank was installed in the 1950s. He spotted a couple things that would make code conformance tricky and figured out a solution. The crew showed up on time, worked quickly, and left that part of the basement cleaner than it's been the whole time we've owned it.

Chris was great to work with, very professional and responsive. We needed the work done fairly quickly, as we were about to go on an extended vacation and were worried about the condition of the tank. Chris fit us in a few days after we called.
