They did an awesome job and my car looks brand new with the exquisite inside and out detail job! I have used Mike's before and am always pleased with the service and work they do. Besides Mike himself, I want to mention Diane, Brittany and Kay as well for their friendliness, responsiveness and overall professional attitude. The only thing I would offer as an improvement would be to call every time you say you will...there may be no news but if you promise a call, the customer will be waiting for the call.

"Here at Mike’s Collision we had to take a step back to see where we had fallen short for such a review. Mr. [member name removed] has been a customer of ours since we opened and has had multiple repairs done here at Mike’s Collision. He is an extremely nice, soft spoken man always willing to share a story or two about his grandkids he loves so. The most recent repair was by far the largest we had done for Mr. [member name removed]. A large factor and where we found room for improvement is the communication throughout the repair process. With the down time of awaiting the appraiser for the 1st, 2nd and even a 3rd inspection of the vehicle had an effect on turnaround time. The time spent at the mechanical shop for the needed suspension work was a week within itself. All this being said after reviewing the file, continuous updates were not given to Mr. [member name removed]in a timely fashion and for this we truly apologize. We would like to mention towards the end of the repair process we realized that Mr. [member name removed] was not very happy and we did extend $286.000 worth of coverages on the rental and differed his entire $500.00 deductible as a sign of good faith and appreciation for his patience and continuous support. We hope that Mr. [member name removed] would know that we have always appreciated his business and of course stand behind the repairs 100%. Sorry for any frustration. Dealing with Mike and his staff was a very positive experience - they are all very nice and helpful. The work was done beautifully. I didn't have to lift a finger to arrange a rental car; they took care of everything. The only room for criticism was the amount of time it took to perform the service - 5 weeks. I don't have much experience with auto body repair, so wasn't sure how long it would take, but it seemed excessive. They, themselves, reinforced my suspicion that it was taking a long time, by apologizing on more than one occasion.
To be fair, there was additional work needed that was not evident until they began the work; there were one, if not two, additional supplements to the original quote. It was also in the height of some of the worst winter weather all season, so perhaps they were swamped with other work. In this case, I didn't mind the wait - the rental car was nicer than my own (!) - but if I had been in a hurry, and the rental car hadn't been covered by the other driver's insurance, it would have been unacceptable. All in all, however, I would still use Mike's in the future.

Mike dealt with the insurance company and took care of repairing my car to better than new condition. My 2012 Lexus looked as if I had just driven it off the showroom floor when he finished the job. The car looked and drove as good or better than when I picked it up from the dealership new. I would recommend Mike's.Collision to anyone and I am so happy with the quality of work that I send all of my friends to him. I have never been to a better body shop in my 50 years of driving.

We were very satisfied with the results. Our car looked better than I thought could be possible, and the paint was a very good match. The staff were professional, personable and punctual. We were actually charged less than the estimate, and they also cleaned the interior and exterior. We would most definitely use them again.

I had a deep scratch from several years ago on my car, that subsequently started to rust and I wanted it removed to prevent further rust spread and rust through in several areas on the car, refinish the areas to match original paint. I got a quick estimate from Mike, who was very friendly and understood my needs. I was a self-paying , no insurance customer and he gave me a very reasonable quote for the work of about $1000. I was comparing this to another quote for ~$3500 for the same work. I agreed on the spot and we scheduled the work for 3 weeks later . I dropped off the car on a Monday morning prior to their opening using a slot in the door for the keys. They told me that it would take 3-4 days. Got the call on Wed before noon that it was done and it could be picked up. Bottom line, easy to work with, came in under the estimate and done quicker than expected. Looks as good as new and cannot tell that there had been a problem there - good as new in my opinion.

Mike was great. He was personable, attentive and I didn't have to wait at all. I walked right in and he gave me an estimate. He gave me good advice. I'd go to him for an estimate and maybe have work done in the future. He was highly recommended by a repair shop in the area. This person said his customers had used him and he was reputable and a good place to go. He treated me with respect and gave me good advice so I guess I couldn't ask for much more than that.

After a front-end collision, we went to Mike because of previous good experiences with him. He found additional internal damage not included on the original insurance estimate, and he worked with the insurance adjuster to get this covered. Mike is extremely friendly and was always ready to spend time with us, explaining everything. The job took a few days longer than expected. He obtained a rental car for us for a very low rate, and absorbed himself the cost of the rental car for the additional days our job had taken. Mike takes pride in his work and in making his customers happy. We will definitely use his services again when they are needed.
