Terrific.  I called on a Friday and Mark was willing to come to my house the next morning!  I was not an existing customer.  He was on time, friendly and very respectful of my home.  He said hello to everyone in the house even though he didn't have to .  Mark was very concerned with the proper venting of the dryer and kindly persisted until I agreed to look at it with him.  I was convinced it was clean, but he was right --- it wasn't.  I very much appreciated his genuine interest in solving the root cause of the problem with the broken element.  I am very grateful to Mark for this.  I will be a repeat customer!

The service is phenomenal.  I had a dryer that was 45 years old and he has fixed it every time it needs fixing. I also had a refridge that was 25 years old and I came back from a trip and it died on me and he was able to repair it and it is still working. The last time he came out was a Sunday and he offered it to come out on that day.

very happy with his service and his responsiveness.

When we called, he provided an over the phone assessment of what might be wrong and an estimate of the cost order of magnitude.  We made an appointment for the next day.  He came promptly as scheduled and performed the necessary repairs plus replacing belts, which he saw were worn and brought to our attention, in less than an hour.  All in all, Mark was a pleasure to do business with.  He seems knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy.

He really knows what he is doing. He always gets right to the problem and fixes it promptly. He always seems very knowledgeable. The prices seem a little high, but I have nothing to compare the prices to. He provides very prompt service, he always returns your phone calls to schedule appointments quickly.
