Jamie Oil has been our heating oil dealer for many years, and they have always been reliable and prompt. But they really shined this past Sunday when our old hot water heater began leaking badly. I left a message with their answering service, and someone from Jamie called me back 7:15 Monday morning. By 9:30 am, a technician was at the house with a replacement tank, and the installation was complete several hours later. My wife and I are both experiencing medical issues, and it would have been very difficult if we would have had to wait days on end for this repair. Thank you, Jamie Oil!

They come every month to deliver my oil, and they come in the fall to service my furnace. They were there the same day.

Ken arrived on time, he was very patient answering my questions, very professional, knew he job well. With his experience and knowledge he was able to give me some very good advice on some areas I need to monitor and fix when the spring rolls around.

So far, it's been positive. We just started to use them in February of this year, it hasn't been very long but so far it's been a positive experience. I began using them because they had a good promotion and, in comparison to other oil companies, they had the best rates at the time.

They had to come as a failed attempt of someone else's work. They did a fabulous job and I was pleased. They were on time and very informative. They showed me things that were supposed to have been done that were not by another company previously.
