Overall experience was fine. The patio looks great. On the cleanup side they could have done a better job. They brought a small backhoe with them and did not drive it only on plywood as had been promised, so we were left with the lawn pretty tracked up. They also didn't do a great job on clean-up & re-seeding the damaged parts of the lawn. There were still piles of dirt, bare patches of lawn without any seed, and a lot of dirt in the driveway. What really bothered me though was they ate lunch on our patio furniture (totally fine), and left a mess of rice and greasy chicken which subsequently stained the table (not fine).
Carlos is a very nice guy and very professional. I just wish I had stipulated the level of clean-up I expected or performed a better inspection of the property before paying for the balance of the work. Lesson learned.
