Arbor Tree Service

Crew arrived when promised. They were responsive to my requests. The job required that they drive onto my lawn. They put down plywood. There was no damage to lawn, shrubs or irrigation system. They did a great job cleaning up when work was complete.

Extremely organized, professional crew.  Due to a lack of an available police detail, the Arbor Tree owner had to negotiate with two neighbors to keep his equipment including that 100 ton crane!) out of the street. Extreme care was taken not to affect their property and the ultimate cleanup was fantastic.

The work was of the highest quality.  The crew arrived exactly when they said they would, and the work lasted the two days that Dave had estimated.  They laid down plywood to protect our septic system's leaching field.  They had to work quite closely to our two story house in a hilly area.  The tree trunks and branches were removed and the are was nicely cleaned up.

Overall they were good.  They came here on the same day we called them.  I will use them in the future.

They did a very good job. I like the employees a lot. When I scheduled with them, the owner was out sick, so it did take a couple of months to get the work done. I decided to stick with them as they were very highly recommended to me by many people.

Fine. I came home and where both trees had been there were piles of logs. Most of the sawdust and all the branches and debris were gone. One tree, the first one we wanted done, was up against our shed and extended up and out over the roof of our house. Not much room for error with wires, tight access, etc. But it went well. The stump is level with the ground, so no mowing problems.

I was very impressed with his knowledge. He's funny. He's very eloquent when speaking of trees. He can identify anything in regards to trees. I was very impressed.

I LEFT AT LEAST 3, (PERHAPS MORE), MESSAGES THAT WENT UNANSWERED. I EVENTUALLY DID GET A CALL BACK LAST FALL WITH A PROMISE THAT MY WORK WOULD BE COMPLETED BEFORE WINTER. IT IS NOW SPRING, NO WORK HAS BEEN PERFORMED AND MY CALLS ARE AGAIN NOT BEING RETURNED.
