These guys did a great, seamless job! The Minuccis (retired dad and his sons) are salt of the earth. They were respectful, kind and patient and fixing my car was seamless, timely and well-done. John even fixed a small dent that wasn't related to my accident in addition to replacing the battery on my key fob that was low! Highly recommend these guys.

great! came in at estimated cost, was done quickly, no bad surprises and price came in astonishingly low compared to my dealer estimate. Mr. Minucci owns and operates his shop and his professionalism was evident I would definitely contact him for any future work I may need and am confident in recommending him.

Scheduling the work was easy and they would even arrange a rental car to meet me there when I dropped the car off. (I didn't need a rental). The work only took a week as promised and they did a beautiful job. They dealt with the insurance company directly and made it a very easy painless process. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Very well. They tried to get good used parts to save money, but only found the door. Was kept in the loop, during the search, and when no good used quarter panels were available, went ahead on the "conventional" quarter panel route. When work started did take a week, and was fabulous. Even noticed a cracked light assembly and replaced it with a used one. This was a 15 year old car that now looks new.

Everything went smoothly. A rental car was conveniently delivered to the business for me to use while my car was being repaired. My car was finished on time and was returned looking brand new. I would definitely use this business again. Very professional.

My wife was side-swiped by 18 wheeler. Front wheel lugs of truck tore through entire left side of car ... bumper to bumper. Insured by USAA and chose Minucci's. They were great. Communicative through process. The finished product is amazing ... car looks new. Worked well with insurance company. Highly recommend.

I dented my month old minivan pulling it out of the garage - I could live with the dent, but it bent the panel by the wheel well just enough that it caused a horrible scraping noise every time the passenger door was opened. I took the van to Minucci to see if paintless dent removal was an option based on other Angie's List reviews and was not disappointed. Paintless dent removal was not an option based on the location of the dent but they were able to bend the wheel well out enough to stop the scraping and removed the paint that had transferred from my garage onto the car at no charge. It took them less than 5 minutes but they won my business forever - I can't recommend them highly enough.

Minucci Auto Body was a great find on Angie's List. I'd had a minor accident and needed a headlamp spray jet arm and cover replaced, as well as some paint repair to the front bumper. John's estimate for the work was comparable to others I'd received. He was able to schedule the work in a reasonable amount of time, arranged for the rental car to be there when I dropped mine off, kept me updated, and the work was done on time. The final bill was $20 higher than estimated and he explained it was due to a part costing a little more than expected. The sprayer was fixed perfectly and the bumper looked brand new, as additional painting was done at no charge. If I ever need body work done on my car again I will definitely give John a call.

I had front and rear damage from a rear end accident. I stopped by Minucci and spoke to John. I showed him the damage, and he explaind what needed to be done with the insurance process. While I had already filed a claim, I had to wait till I had the adjuster make the assessment. Once I had the needed Paper work, I was able to email John and get a rental waiting for me at Minucci, they work with Hertz. I think there is also a enterprise near by. There was some additional repairs that needed to be done, that was not seen by the adjuster. Minucci worked with the insurance to get the needed repairs covered. It took about two weeks, but the repairs made the car look like new. I waited a few months to post a review, to be sure nothing came up. It's been four months and no issues.

My brand new 2015 Subaru Forester got rear ended recently so I needed to have it repaired. Honestly, it?s not easy to find a qualified and honest auto body shop that you can totally trust and rely on. After having read many online reviews and visited several local auto body shops, I decided to have it repaired at Minucci Auto Body. When I first visited the shop, John took time to give me a quick tour of the shop and show me the painting booth, which was nice and clean. He?s very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He and his crew replaced and repainted the rear bumper and its cover. He dealt with insurance directly for hidden damages that were discovered after the bumper cover was removed and rental car extension. I was able to pick up the car in five days as promised. I?m very satisfied and impressed with the service and repair work. The paint job is terrific and the color match is perfect. The car looks brand new and fabulous again. This was the best experience I?ve had with an auto body repair service. I would highly recommend Minucci Auto Body to my family, friends and anyone needing auto body repair.

The only point I would add is that if you are a decent person with integrity then this is your shop.  John and his company are rare finds these days.  Be alerted that if you want to take advantage here and ask for too much, DO NOT!!!  We need more people and companies like this one in our world.  That's it.

John is the best!  I went on a Saturday for an estimate and it was the lowest of the 3.  I didn't get it in writing, but got it after requesting it through email the next day.  I scheduled the service for the following week because they couldn't fit me in that week; the job would take 3 days.  I dropped the car off the night before, filled out envelop and dropped the key off.  I called the day it was promised and the car was ready for me to pick up later that day.  Detailing was included for no charge!  Even though the work required more labor, they honored the estimate and did not increase the cost.  This was the best experience one could have: the work was done on time and at cost.  And it looks brand new!  I am very happy with John and the work done.

We have a Volvo and apparently, Volvo’s parts are very expensive. They explained everything up front. The work took a long time. The owner was a great guy to work with. We found him on Angie’s List and he was really good. We would use him again.

Very courteous and professional. The car was actually finished 2 days early and for $200 less than the original price.  The car was spotless when I picked it up....very impressed with the service!

They were excellent. They're great communicators and they worked with the insurance company. It was a Volvo, they didn't have the parts so they brought it up to Volvo, got the parts and paid for it. The overall service was great.

Great service and great work!

After a few minor accidents (turning a bit too sharply out of the garage and backing over a stump while camping) I contacted Minuccci to have him give me an estimate for repairing the damage. After inspecting the car, he took the time to understanding whether I was planning to keep the car (since its a lease) and talked about options to save me some money by reattaching and touching up parts, rather than completely replacing them. I felt like he was treating me as he would like to be treated. I didn't feel like he was trying to drum up additional work for himself. His price was reasonable and the work was done timely and with great skill. The car looked brand new and he even washed it before returning it. All in all I would highly recommend him to anyone needing autobody work in the Boston Metrowest area.
