 + -1 moreHe is very meticulous. He measures twice and cuts once, picks up his mess entirely. Very methodical and never in a rush, but not slow. Puts in his full time, he even brought his lunch to eat in his car to maximize time spent at the house.
Description of Work: Replaced some boards. Replaced any of the wood that was rotted underneath. Replaced the wood around the gap under my house to help with mice. Made sure seals were tight, worked with some molding outside. Used wood that will not rot for the molding (MDX?) so I would not have any more issues. Part of my issue was moisture build up since I am in a wooded area.
