He removed the bushes and cut down the 2 trees. He said his helper didn't come so he couldn't do the stumps but would remove all stumps in the spring when we planted and mulched. I had already paid for everything to be removed and stumps included. He did snow removal during the winter (which was another fiasco). I was constantly calling him. He never picks up the phone, never returns calls. I am still waiting for the stumps to be removed. I have since called another landscaper and I'm sure I will have to pay again for the stumps to be removed. I would never hire Tom's Landscaping again. He is so unprofessional. He never shows up when he says he will, never calls back and I don't know how he is still in business.

Routine maintenance was less frequent than stipulated and cleanup service was delayed for 3 months. Repeated phone calls were not returned. They billed us for services not provided, claiming the services had been completed. This occurred during a season with difficult weather conditions.

THE ESTIMATE CHANGED THREE TIMES, INCLUDING A $75 INCREASE ON THE DAY OF THE JOB, WHEN THE OWNER STATED HE ''DIDN'T REALIZE'' THE EXTENT OF THE JOB. I ASKED FOR A RECEIPT FOR MY CHECK. HE DIDN'T GIVE ME A RECEIPT, BUT ''PROMISED'' TO RETURN PROMPTLY WITH ONE. HE NEVER DID. I MADE THREE PHONE CALLS REQUESTING THE RECEIPT. HE NEVER ANSWERED. THE WORK HE AND HIS HELPER DID WAS (WITH MY SUPERVISION) FINE, BUT SINCE HE NEVER GAVE ME A RECEIPT (JOB WAS DONE TWO WEEKS AGO; MY CHECK ALREADY CLEARED), AND HE IGNORED MY THREE PHONE CALLS, I DON'T PLAN TO USE HIM AGAIN.

THEY WERE VERY EXPENSIVE AND THE WORK WAS NOT GREAT. THEY PULLED OUT SOME FLOWERS THAT THEY THOUGHT WERE WEEDS, I WAS NOT PLEASED ABOUT THAT.
