+ -1 moreKeith was on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up well. He was professional all of the time. He worked 28 hours on my porch and deck. I had to request an itemized bill a couple of times. When I got the itemized bill I was surprised. I had assumed the material cost was high. My materials cost me $976.00. The labor cost was $4000.00. So I am not including the time spent doing the estimate or picking up materials but I cannot believe I was charged $142.00 an hour. That is why I gave him an F for price. He also installed a window for me. Window cost $200.00 and labor was $150.00 which I did not think was too bad a price.
Description of Work: Front porch. Removed ceiling plywood & disposal of plywood. R-30 insulation into eaves. Ceiling will be strapped with 1 x3 furring and receive 4 " solid vinyl panels. The facia boards,sofitt boards and rake boards will be removed and replaced with new PVC Azek boards. Existing recessed lighting will be worked into new ceiling. On deck New bolts & pressure treated 2 x10 framing will be installed @ 10 4" x4" post areas to secure and tightened for safety reasons.
