Keith was on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up well. He was professional all of the time. He worked 28 hours on my porch and deck. I had to request an itemized bill a couple of times. When I got the itemized bill I was surprised. I had assumed the material cost was high. My materials cost me $976.00. The labor cost was $4000.00.
So I am not including the time spent doing the estimate or picking up materials but I cannot believe I was charged $142.00 an hour.
That is why I gave him an F for price.
He also installed a window for me. Window cost $200.00 and labor was $150.00 which I did not think was too bad a price.
