Gorrilla Appliance Repair

Frigidaire send the guy because the fridge was frosting. He was the 3rd company to be send by them. He said it was not fixable since a bunch of parts were already changed. But he did not file a report , will not pick up calls and is unresponsive. Frigidaire will not replace or do anything with the fridge till he files the report. This is a brand new fridge

I bought a fridge from Frigidaire and he was the professional sent out to do a repair when the fridge broke only a month after purchasing it. 1st visit: He adjusted the thermostat and suggested that the fridge might not be working because it was hot outside (?!?!?!). Also suggested to unplug it for an hour and plug it back in every now and then (?!?!?!). 2nd visit, realized it needs a whole new condenser unit. Says will order it and will update me right away about when it will be in. Now is not responding to texts or calls, and it has been a week. We have now been without a (brand new) fridge for three weeks. Lost hundreds of dollars of food. Frigidaire isn't helping either because I can't get a replacement fridge or repair until this guy says it can't be repaired or until he repairs it. I'm out thousands of dollars and no fridge.

They made us wait the whole day only to not show up at all.

This started on 8/26/24. The owner Joe came out several times to look at my Frigidaire Refrigerator. He was hired by them since it is under warranty. I'm getting condensation on top of the freezer drawer door. He adjusted the doors first, that didn't work. Next time he checked the seals and said it looked good yet it was still happening. I called and he said he was ordering a new freezer door. Haven't heard anything. Texted every month and no response. Definitely find another company that will actually get the work done.
