I think it went very well. My house is very old and of course there are no level or plumb areas in the window frames. Joseph worked at replacing all the trims and mouldings back to original very carefully. The work was completed as quickly as possible which I thought would be much longer but completed within the time Joseph alloted.The windows work well and do not bind or jam when opening or closing. Locks work well and are safe and secure. All areas were cleaned and vacuumed and left in great condition before he went home at night.
