Second experience with Victor and his crew. In a previous report I had downgraded him because of the floor finishing subcontractor. Victor offered us a full rebate on the price of that work, since we were unwilling to take on a refinishing project at this time. We had Victor do the additional work and that work was done quickly and professionally at a very reasonable price.

All the work was done well with the exception of the floor refinishing, where the subcontractor actually made all the floors worse than before. We are still discussing with Victor how to remedy this. Victor himself is easy to work with and does a good job. His bid was less than half the competing bid, and the work appears to have been done well. UPDATE: Victor gave us money back on the floor finishing (he would have re-done, but we're not willing to have that much disturbance). Upgraded to A

They were punctual. They were very polite and respectful. They were very professional and tried to be very clean and helpful. They were very responsive to our needs and listens to any concerns or criticism that we had. They did a beautiful job. If anything wasn't just right I could call them up and they would come right back out and redo it to my specifications. He pricing was just great. I bought all of my own toilet, tub, sink, tile, etc. So it was a bit cheaper as far as going through him.
