Tibbetts Landscape, a local, family-owned business has been doing my mother-in -law's law maintenance for about 20 years. When our lawn maintenance guy disappeared, we hired Tibbetts. They're excellent. Very responsive, did a wonderful job planting some new hosta, edging and mulching.

We have had them come for eight years, and their work is excellent.

Very professional and attuned to individual needs.  Initial response to request for estimate done in a very timely and professional manner. 

not so great.  The company hacked at some trees and bushes and they may have killed them.

They have been fine. They come and cut the grass and cut it back. They had landscaping really done. They were good. The cut it and count miss able do and cut the grass. They were neat and clean. It was their price.

They are consistent and they do a good job. You will get reliable work from them. I've been using them for over ten years.

Highly recommend this landscaping service. All of the workers are kind and curtious. they alway ring my bell to let me know they have arrive (so my dog doesn't get out) Lawn looks awesome there is now grass clipping on the side walk. Super service so glad I made the change to Tibbets, Gary, Michelle are wonderful. Gary is knoweldge on flower and plants. They did all my bushes they look so wonderul.

This company is AWFUL at showing up.
This is the 3rd year in a row that they have just been horrible at getting out to us to clear our driveway. The first year they just forgot about us completely. The second year they would come when there was a dusting and plow the driveway when it wasn't necassary and charge us $100. This year as of 1pm ( 24 hours well of when the storm ended) we are still all trapped in or out of the driveway. There are 12 cars that depend on them to show up so we can get out to work and for any emergencies. Our driveway is about 150ft long and there is space at the end to pile the snow. It doesn't seem that complicated. We have tried calling multiple times to no avail. They are clearly overbooked and shouldn't accept new customers.
Do not use them for snow removal unless you have 2 extra days to spare waiting around.
Tibbetts - We already did half of your job so you shouldn't charge us full price when you decide to finally show up.

Poorly. Several of my papers were blown off my chair by them. I spoke to them but they did not seem to understand English. They then put dirty adpapers that were not mine on top of my chair and a neighbor's DIRTY doormat ONTO MY CHAIR
The claim by Gary Tibbett in his response that the other 50 units are happy with his work is completely bogus as most of them are not in the building or area when the blowers are noisily bothering whoever IS. The assistant manager personally told me that he does NOT like the blowers. If the management is so happy with Tibbett, why did they DIS-continue hiring him a few months ago?
I am the only one who has consistently kept dirt and leaves out of the drain in my well, which I have swept every other day. Tibbetts usually did NOT actually clean most of the dirt or leaves out, since blowing is not a good way of getting dirt over a concrete wall. I will give them credit for stopping blowing my well but ONLY AFTER MY November 2012 review, which harshly criticized them. The last time they were here they finally used a broom to actually clean the well out and not get dirt all over the stuff on my chair in the well. As far as I know, that is the first time they used a broom and pan.

They come when they say they are going to come. They do a very good job and their prices are reasonable.

The receptionist and worker were OK, the owner was un-responsive.

We were very satisfied with them. They were clean and on time. It was a little bit of a hassle agreeing on a date to come, but when they came they were good. The owner was honest. Initially, I wanted a new turf on the lawn and the owner recommended that would not be a good idea. He could have made a lot of money and I respect him for that.

GARY TIBBETTS IS A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. HIS WORKERS ARE DEDICATED AND DETAIL ORIENTED. MY PARENTS ARE SENIORS AND THEY TAKE CARE OF THEIR YARD IN CAMBRIDGE. MY MOM IS IN AWE BECAUSE SHE NOW HAS GRASS IN AREAS THAT SHE NEVER WAS ABLE TO GROW GRASS BECAUSE OF THE SHADE. THESE GUYS ARE INSURED AND LEGITIMATE LANDSCAPERS SO I NEED NOT TO WORRY ABOUT SOMEONE GETTING HURT ON MY PROPERTY AND SUING ME. OUR PREVIOUS LANDSCAPER COULD NOT PRODUCE PROOF OF INSURANCE SO WE HAD TO LET HIM GO.

I HAVE WORKED WITH THE OWNER FOR ABOUT 12-13 YEARS. THEY ARE GREAT FOLKS, DO GOOD WORK, AND THEY RESPOND QUICKLY TO ANY ISSUES THAT COME UP WITH THE LANDSCAPING.

GREAT GUY AND WILL ALWAYS USE HIM.
