Description of Work: Went by their Arlington location to ask about renting a Tiller for our front yard Saturday. They had machines available and were able to deliver it later that day. We got the work we needed done using it and they picked it up Monday morning.

 + -1 moreHome Depot was out of tile saws, and I located one by phone at this Taylor Rental Center. Staff was friendly, and didn't mind that I was almost half a day late in returning the equipment (no extra charge).

 + -1 moreAn excellent experience all around. Reserved the jack in advance, and was planning to pick it up on a Friday, for use on Saturday. However, I was unable to get there to pick it up on Friday, and when I arrived on Saturday realized that I couldn't fit it in my car. They arranged for delivery on the spot, and, since I didn't need it until late afternoon, arranged to deliver after 4pm, saving me an extra day's rental. I left there saying "this is what good customer service is!"
Description of Work: Rented a drywall jack for a day, plus delivery and pickup
