Taylor Rental is a local company, who are friendly and had the equipment they were looking for. It was fairly easy. They help to load and unload the equipment. The price was reasonable.

Home Depot was out of tile saws, and I located one by phone at this Taylor Rental Center. Staff was friendly, and didn't mind that I was almost half a day late in returning the equipment (no extra charge).

An excellent experience all around. Reserved the jack in advance, and was planning to pick it up on a Friday, for use on Saturday. However, I was unable to get there to pick it up on Friday, and when I arrived on Saturday realized that I couldn't fit it in my car. They arranged for delivery on the spot, and, since I didn't need it until late afternoon, arranged to deliver after 4pm, saving me an extra day's rental. I left there saying "this is what good customer service is!"
