We phoned Shattucks, who don't have an official delivery policy. As we were only a couple of miles away, however, John said we could have the ladder delivered in the next day or so - basically when an employee with a truck was available to drive it over. We went to Shattucks and picked out a ladder with the help of Jeff, and then Pete took down our details and processed the order. The ladder arrived the next morning, as promised. This is the type of personal service that makes a local enterprise a better option than a national chain.
