Jeff gives good prices; it looks like he gave me a little discount (about 5%) maybe to get the price closer to the verbal estimate he had given over the phone. He has done work a few times for me, and he seems honest, and pays attention to details such as torquing fasteners to the correct values. Would not hesitate to recommend.

They had a good price, a good service, and a good understanding.

I was noticing a vibration in my car, so I took it to a large chain to get my wheels balanced. They told me that my shocks were blown, and I took my car to to Precision Tire and Alignment for a second opinion. They spent about 1hr with my car, looking it over carefully, showing me that the shocks were fine. They checked the balance, showed me that a couple of wheels were not balanced, rebalanced them, and charged me only for the two wheels that they balanced. After that I decided I would trust them will all service to my car. So far I've brought my cars to them on multiple occasions, and they have always done great work and for less than other quotes that we've had.

They did do it that day but it seemed like it was rushed toward the end of the day, maybe he had too many jobs that day. I was told to get there early in my morning and I did but they weren't even open yet. I think he is a fire fighter part time but as far as I can tell he did the job okay. He was reasonable it just seemed like I had to wait when he said he's be done by a certain time. I think I'd go back but I'd be more specific about the time.

I think I basically told it above. But I have plenty of stories of Precision, all with happy endings. This year I also had a ball joint replaced for $180; I've had oil changes, a brake line fixed for $60, I think, and a couple of other things (the car is 11 years old with 184k).

He is really a fabulous and honest guy. He is reasonably priced and is good with his communication. I have used him three years ago and I was out of the country. I came back and went to him. He is consistent and is still good. He found a really good deal on a part that I needed for a super old car. He is a single guy working in there and you have to leave a message.

They knew what they were doing and completed the work quickly. They were professional, responsive and the quality of their work was good.

Precision Tire is awesome. They will make time for you. I have been going there for about twenty years. I will continue to use their service in the future.

Service has always been excellent, prompt, reasonably priced (cheaper than most), and successful. They are excellent diagnosticians.
