I was not satisfied with his work and realized how deficient he was when I hired someone more competent. Unfortunately, I wasted an enormous amount of time and money by hiring Mr. Hatem. He uses a "free" program (to create 3-D drawings) that is primitive and very slow, He claims he can charge less this way, however what he doesn't realize is that he is slow and inefficient and so clients end up paying more because the work takes longer. I would not recommend him for any job. I spent 5 hours of my own time trying to get him to focus on my project working with him to no avail. After 5 hours I still had no plan for my renovation or contractors that I was able to use. The new architect I hired was able to produce several options with original designs for the entire house within a 48 hour period what Mr. Hatem was still struggling to produce in the almost one month time frame that he had. Although he did not finish any of the work he has been demanding full payment by grossly inflating hours spent. You are better off hiring a well qualified and competent architect than wasting valuable time and money with this one.
